Dietary Restrictions
We are able to cater for any allergies, strong dislikes or lifestyle dietary choices with prior notice; please inform us of any requirements at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your reservation.
We may not be able to provide menus for dietary requirements that we have no prior notice on.
Cancellation Policy
As we have limited tables, we require credit card details to secure your booking. We understand plans change, so if you wish to change or cancel your booking, we ask that you please do so before 48 hours of your reservation. After this, you may be charged our cancellation fee of £45 per person for lunch and £85 per person for dinner. If we manage to re-sell your table within this time then no charge will be made, so the more notice we have the better.
If your booking is for a prepaid event, then a refund can only be provided with at least 48 hours' notice.
There is no charge for bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours notice.
Children Policy
Children of any age are welcome in the restaurant provided there is not any disruption to our other guests. We do not provide a children's menu, however, we are able to adapt some of our menu given prior notice.
Please note that due to our licencing, children below 16 years old must be off the premises by 10pm. Please consider this when making your reservation.

Group Bookings
We are able to cater for large groups. If you are looking to make a booking for more than 6 people or for exclusive use hire please contact us directly at info@fhior.com
Please be aware that our building has limited disabled access and our bathrooms are located on the basement level. Contact us if you have any concerns.
