Husband and wife team Steven & Susie Anderson launched the family charcuterie company East Coast Cured in 2017.
They celebrate the very best of Scottish produce, sourcing meats directly from local farms, to create a range of outstanding Scottish charcuterie.
Fìon is a wine agency based in Edinburgh, founded by Vera Cebotari & Miguel Crunia in 2020.
They specialise in the acquisition and sale of fine wines, with an emphasis on those from emerging regions.
They are devoted to good winemaking and thoroughly research each winemaker.
With 15 years experience as a Sommelier and over 20 in the hospitality industry, Stuart Skea learned his craft by working with Scotland's best wine lists and top Sommeliers. His passion sparked over 15 years ago when taking a trip to Bordeaux visiting top Chateaux and estates.
He holds the title of Edinburgh Sommelier of the Year, won the Scottish finals of UK Sommelier of the Year on two occasions, and was a finalist in the first ever UK Master of Port Competition 2022.
